WHY ARE 3D RENDERINGS IMPORTANT?
3D renders are a powerful marketing tool that can be used to visualize any potential design project within architecture, real estate, construction, interior design and more. The renders help you to share the (story) visions of your project and enhance your marketing in a visually appealing way. 3D renders can provide an accurate visualization that can be distributed easily and are cost-efficient.
WILL I SEE THE WORK YOU ARE DOING BEFORE THE FINAL PRODUCT?
We will communicate with you throughout the process to ensure the work matches your expectations. You will receive a draft at each stage of the process where you can provide comments about camera angles, materials, lighting etc. In general, for each still rendering, we will provide one camera option review, two draft reviews and one final high quality rendering.
HOW DO I GET STARTED ON A PROJECT?
Contact us using the form below to book a cost free project brief meeting or simply ask us your questions. We will guide you through every step of the process. In general, we will need to understand your project and define the scope of work together (number of still rendering or the length of animation). After this, we will provide you with a proposal along with an estimated schedule. One we receive the signed proposal or deposit, we will immediately begin the project.
WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED FROM US TO GET STARTED?
First we will need the design information, which includes construction documents or 3d models. The more design information you can provide us, the better and faster result we can deliver. However, more than 10 years of experience allows us to work with our client closely to reach the best result no matter how complete the design you can provide us.
Each project we receive varies and therefore we will provide a customized proposal dependent on your specific needs. Our quotations are mainly based on the scope of the defined project and our clients requirements. Once we receive your information about the project we can provide the proposal within 24 hours.
HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE TO FINISH MY PROJECT?
The estimated completion time will be included in your project proposal and will be dependent on the complexity of the project, the number of images etc to be produced. In general, one still rendering will require about 2 weeks to complete. This includes, 3-5 days for 3d modeling/scene set up for camera option review, another 2-3 days to provide the first draft, another 3-5 days for 2nd option (if needed) and the final rendering. However, please feel free to discuss your deadline with us, we will try our best to accommodate your schedule. Please mention at our first discussion if there is a deadline that you would like the renderings completed by.
