Prima Tower One is a newly built multi family building located in the Paseo South Gulch neighborhood. The new development is the first of 2 new towers and is home to 278 multifamily units, 18k SF of Class A office space, and 8,000 SF of retail space on the ground floor.

Through close collaboration with the client and well prepared storyboards the resulting marketing video includes a mix of complex visual styles, including drone footage, aerial animation and fly-through animation to fully capture the complexity and beauty of the project.
