KENMORE SQUARE
BACKGROUND
One Kenmore Square is two newly renovated buildings located in Boston’s Kenmore Square neighborhood. With views of Fenway Park and Boston University, the new development will be home to thousands of sq ft of office space with retail space on the ground floor.
PROJECT
Along with still renderings of the building’s amenities, Nova worked with the client and a voice actor to produce an animated marketing video for One Kenmore Square. The video highlights the building’s location, amenities, views, and vast interior spaces. Nova also worked with the Related Beal to produce exterior signage studies for potential large tenants.
RESULTS
Once completed, the renovated One Kenmore Square will soon be the centerpiece of one of Boston’s newest neighborhoods. After redevelopment is complete, One Kenmore Square will bring life to this new neighbrohood day and night with business and retail development.
