Nova worked with the client to produce a cinematic marketing video and still renderings for One Kenmore Square. The video highlights the building’s location, amenities, views, and vast interior spaces. Exterior signage studies were also produced through collaboration with Related Beal to market to anchor tenants.

One Kenmore Square is two newly renovated buildings located in Boston’s Kenmore Square neighborhood. With views of Fenway Park and Boston University, the new development will be home to thousands of sq. ft. of office space with retail space on the ground floor.
Through well prepared storyboards and close collaboration with the client the marketing video includes a mix of complex visual styles, including drone footage, aerial animation and fly-through animation to fully capture the complexity of the project.
