Nova’s work showcased how this luxury office building in midtown Manhattan featured high quality interior spaces. Our goal was to help the client market and lease the office spaces by creating detailed visuals of the amenities, work spaces and terraces.

500 Fifth Avenue is one of Midtown’s most historic landmarks. Completed in 1929, the Art Deco style building has been designated an official city landmark by the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission since 2010.
A key feature in Nova’s work was to ensure that the urban context was captured within the renderings, featuring Empire State building, Bryant park and Midtown skyline.
