Nova worked alongside Network Realty Partners to bring this Washington retail project to life. Nova created a series of still renderings which included detailed interior views of
the penthouse space and standard units. The exterior aerial views showcase the building’s high end design and New York City atmosphere.
The multi-million dollar project will renovate the entire 300,000 SF office building, construct a community-oriented market on the ground floor and lower levels, reposition the existing office floors for creative office use, and add four (4) new floors of trophy office space to the top of the building.

Using the detailed design specifications, Nova created the space in a virtual environment. Working closely with the BHS design team, Nova generated custom furniture sets that enhanced the detailed renderings inline with the clients' visions.
After its completion in 2017, the newly renovated 11 story building at 99 Morningside Avenue is home to 22 units and amenities, including a roof deck and fitness centre. This luxury condo development, currently managed by BHS, provides views of the adjacent Morningside Park and the Hudson River.
